HEAVY FABRICATION AND WELDING

Major repairs, overhauls and modifications of structural, chassis, bucket’s, tray’s and blades upon all on and off highway trucks, machinery and equipment are regularly undertaken in our workshop.
 

SITE SUPPORT

The TAJ Mechanical fabrication and welding team is committed to providing our customers with ongoing site support through our fleet of field service vehicles specifically designed with the customers needs at the forefront reducing unwanted downtime and ensuring a product support to be rivalled.

Our dedicated fabrication and welding team are available for OEM upgrade shut downs, maintenance teams/G.E.T, long-term labour, short-term labour and shutdown labour.

CUSTOM FABRICATION

The team at TAJ Mechanical have expert knowledge in custom fabrication.

• Modifying existing buckets and G.E.T options.

• Trailer modifications such as reskinning tipper trailers, sand lids and grain extensions, all the way through to custom built trailers.

• Custom fit outs on trucks such as guards, gantries, ice pack & fuel tank mounting options and bull bar fit ups.

The team at TAJ can even fabricate custom transport stands from simple cylinder frames to large blade and track frame transport stands. 
All custom fabrication is engineered, fabricated and welded to the highest specifications and standards.
 

MACHINE MODIFICATIONS AND REPAIR

TAJ Mechanical fabrication and welding team conduct a vast range of light fabrication tasks in the workshop to suit multiple set ups for ladders, fender and platforms, fire suppression mounting, handrails, lighting and many more mounting solutions. All fabrication tasks are custom engineered and designed to support the customer’s specific requirements.
